I’d like to thank Webmaster Wally Hartshorn for another amusing and interesting presentation at our March meeting. This brings up a point I like to occasionally mention: If you have an interest or knowledge in a certain area related to REALL, why not share it with the rest of us? We are always on the lookout for speakers, so don’t be afraid to volunteer!For April’s meeting (the 6th), we have two unrelated items; both appropriately dealt with in the month of jokes. First, we have a short parody video on the "Institute for Pi Research." Come hear professors argue for returning to short, biblical pi instead of long, modernistic pi. (Think of the Institute for Creation Research.) Then, I will discuss "medium" James Van Praagh's new book, Reaching to Heaven, and the foolishness contained therein (he even mentions mesmerism favorably!). In summary, you'd be a fool to miss this meeting!
In May, we will be holding our elections (unless we happen to find a good speaker, in which case elections will be put off a month). I’d like to encourage any members who want to help out to step forward for a place on our Board. If you’re interested, just drop me a line, an e-mail, or give me a call!
